P90X - Day 17

i can't believe that i am halfway thru the 3rd week! today is my favorite workout ... Shoulders & Arms ... YAY!

Yesterday was Plyometrics ... LOVE p90X! ..... HATE PLYO X! ... it wrecks my knees ... an allowed substitution is Cardio X ... so that is where i am going instead of plyo X in the future ....

Today, i did 155 push-ups, 62 assisted pull-ups
.... and 2 UNassisted pull-ups!!!
my arms feel like jello!

... then 200 total abdominal exercises!

this is my new work-out buddy ... she is super ripped!

P90X - Day 14

Kempo X yesterday was fun .... reminds me of my Tae Kwon Do days. The infomercial has the girls saying that "there are fun days, like yoga x and kempo x, and there are the hard days of lifting, push-ups, and pull-ups" .... i think i actually prefer the hard days ....

i am craving a Red Robin Mushroom Swiss Burger so bad!

Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X again ....

TODAY - 123 push-ups and 46 assisted pull-ups
TOTAL done over approximately 50 minutes
... compared to Day 1 - 78 push-ups and 31 assisted pull-ups
... and Ab Ripper is getting a little easier for me : )

i succumbed to another late night infomercial ... "GET RIPPED IN 90 DAYS!" ... so now i decided to document the progression thru the P90X program ... let's see if it works ....
