The P90X Program

i succumbed to another late night infomercial ... "GET RIPPED IN 90 DAYS!" ... so now i decided to document the progression thru the P90X program ... let's see if it works ....

here is the first 4 weeks of the program ....

Phase 1 of P90X

Week 1-3s
Day 1: Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 2: Plyometrics X
Day 3: Shoulder & Arms + Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Yoga X
Day 5: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 6: Kempo X
Day 7: Rest .... aka SNOWBOARDING!

Week 4 - Recovery Week
Day 1: Yoga X
Day 2: Core Synergistics
Day 3: Kempo X
Day 4: X Stretch
Day 5: Core Synergistics
Day 6: Yoga X
Day 7: Rest .... aka SNOWBOARDING!
