so i have been sick the last few days and fell off the wagon. even though i had completed half of Week 7, i have decided to repeat Week 7 .... so today is my day 45 again ... i want to be fair to the program.

i feel so guilty that i also decided to add Cardio X to ever other morning.

halfway thru!!!

stats update ... i've lost 2" off of my waist, 2" of my hips, 9 lbs of fat ... i'm at about 19% body fat!

i really am enjoying this program and i'm planning to continue it after the 90 days are up.

I am into the 2nd week of Phase II ... it feels like i am starting all over again ... guess that "muscle confusion" theory is working ...

by the way, i am mixing in some resistance bands training with the weights. they give you a great workout ... just as good as weights ... other advantages .... the bands are much cheaper than weights and they travel easier!

Day 2: Plyometrics X or Cardio X
Day 3: Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Yoga X
Day 5: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 6: Kempo X
Day 7: Rest .... aka SNOWBOARDING til there is no more snow!

still going .... schedule got a little messed up the last few days due to my on-call weekend ... so the program got itself a little modified for the last 3 days ...

today was the first day of the Recovery Week before going into Phase II next monday. i feel like i may get a little bored with all the yoga .... sad : ( ... no lifting this week

i can't believe Phase II starts next week ...

i can't believe that i am halfway thru the 3rd week! today is my favorite workout ... Shoulders & Arms ... YAY!

Yesterday was Plyometrics ... LOVE p90X! ..... HATE PLYO X! ... it wrecks my knees ... an allowed substitution is Cardio X ... so that is where i am going instead of plyo X in the future ....

.... and 2 UNassisted pull-ups!!!
my arms feel like jello!

... then 200 total abdominal exercises!

Kempo X yesterday was fun .... reminds me of my Tae Kwon Do days. The infomercial has the girls saying that "there are fun days, like yoga x and kempo x, and there are the hard days of lifting, push-ups, and pull-ups" .... i think i actually prefer the hard days ....

i am craving a Red Robin Mushroom Swiss Burger so bad!

TOTAL done over approximately 50 minutes
... compared to Day 1 - 78 push-ups and 31 assisted pull-ups
... and Ab Ripper is getting a little easier for me : )
