Body Fat: ~23%
Chest: 37.5"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 35"
Biceps: 12"







Chest & Back + Ab Ripper X ... this was a serious workout ... 90% push-ups/pull-ups ... Ab Ripper is rough!


My Goals: 15% body fat, definition, washboard
