P90X - Day 36

I am into the 2nd week of Phase II ... it feels like i am starting all over again ... guess that "muscle confusion" theory is working ...

by the way, i am mixing in some resistance bands training with the weights. they give you a great workout ... just as good as weights ... other advantages .... the bands are much cheaper than weights and they travel easier!
