P90X - Day 29 - Phase II

I made it to Phase II !!! ... here is how the program changes starting today ...

Phase II of P90X Week 5-7
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps+ Ab Ripper X
Day 2: Plyometrics X or Cardio X
Day 3: Back & Biceps + Ab Ripper X
Day 4: Yoga X
Day 5: Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X
Day 6: Kempo X
Day 7: Rest .... aka SNOWBOARDING til there is no more snow!

Week 8 - back to Recovery Week
