i can't believe that i am halfway thru the 3rd week! today is my favorite workout ... Shoulders & Arms ... YAY!
Yesterday was Plyometrics ... LOVE p90X! ..... HATE PLYO X! ... it wrecks my knees ... an allowed substitution is Cardio X ... so that is where i am going instead of plyo X in the future ....

ReplyDeletei was pretty sore the first week, not bad second week. just finished the Shoulders & Arms ... increased weights to 15# today ... so i expect i will be sore tomorrow ...
i am following the recommended diet, more or less, i have given myself i cheat a week : )
but basically it consisted of lean proteins, fruits, veggies, whole grains ... no white starches, like white rice or potatoes.
keep living vicariously ... let's see how i turn out!

ReplyDeleteI tried Plyo this morning and it wrecked my one knee, as well. I switched over to a 50 minute Tae Bo cardio circuit. I just don't think my knees are liking Plyo much anymore :(
